Description

Bronze sunburst-shaped amulet featuring a raised central stone with a reddish-brown tone. The front is decorated with spiral and petal-like patterns arranged in an eight-point design. The surface shows heavy wear, corrosion and a green patina typical of long-term burial.
The reverse is completely flat and undecorated, with no visible inscriptions or markings that could help with identification.
Found with a metal detector on farmland in western Hungary.
Due to the lack of inscriptions and the unusual combination of decorative styles, the origin, purpose and age of this amulet remain uncertain — making it an intriguing mystery item.
